Our wood floor repair process — from photos to finished floor
No guesswork and no surprises. Here's exactly how we take your floor from damaged to finished — assessing it properly first, giving honest advice, and confirming a clear, fixed quote before any work begins.
Five simple steps to a restored floor
Send photos
It all starts with a few photos. Send clear photos or a short video of the damaged floor by email or WhatsApp. The more we can see — the damage, the room and the type of floor — the more accurate our first advice and quote will be.
Assessment & advice
We review what you've sent and give you honest advice on the right approach — a localised repair, a sand and reseal, or a full restoration — along with a clear idea of cost. No pressure and no unnecessary upselling.
Site visit (if needed)
For larger or more complex jobs, we arrange a convenient site visit to confirm the condition of the wood and subfloor, measure up, agree the finish and give you a fixed written quote before anything is booked in.
Repair & restore
Our team carries out the agreed work cleanly and with minimal disruption — re-fixing or replacing boards, re-laying parquet, filling gaps and sanding with dust extraction to prepare the floor for finishing.
Final finish & handover
We finish the floor in your chosen oil, hardwax oil, lacquer or stain and let it cure properly. We leave the site clean and tidy and talk you through how to care for your newly restored floor.

Send a few clear photos or a short video of the floor and the damage. Repair jobs are far easier to price from images — and it means we can come back to you quickly with honest advice.
